many people believe that long hours of sleep is healthy sleep but it’s not true it can be healthy for newborn babies and teenagers but not for adults.

Oversleeping create many problems most common are diabetes, heart problems, laziness, it also makes you angry whole day these are very common problem found in our body.

1. Find your best sleeping hours.
Everybody has different body requirement for sleep like many people sleep 6 hours and they feel energetic throughout the day many people require 9 hours to feel energetic so, its varies from person to person
Best way find is the first day sleep only 6 hr then observe how you feeling whole day if you feeling energetic and concentrated so, it’s good to go or if not so increase 1 hr next day and observe the same if again you not able to feel concentrated and energetic then again increase it by 1 hr these will help you to find the right duration of sleep your body need but always remember deep sleep is good for health not oversleep.
2. Go same time on bed for sleep every day.
If you fix your time to sleep every day then gradually it will set in your mind so you will feel sleepy every day that time only.
3. Take shower before dinner then have a light dinner add more quantity of protein and fiber which will help you to get deep sleep

4. Sleep under blanket researches says that those people who sleep under the blanket get deeper sleep then those people who sleep without.
5. Sleep hygiene is very important for deep sleep it includes
Brush your teeth, take shower and make sure your blanket, bedsheet, pillow cover are clean, etc.
6. The Best temperature for sleep is 15 Degrees Celsius to 18 Degrees Celsius.
7. Avoid to eat or drink caffeine and alcohol at least six hours before sleep
8. Don't use phone or computer before sleep.
So these are the few tips to sleep deeper not oversleep so please avoid oversleep or long hour sleep because it is the common issue with almost every one.
